The leader and the guardian of the Autobot, Optimus Prime and Bumblebee transformed into vehicle mode and repulsed the evil Decepticon for a moment of peace. However, nothing last forever, the comeback of the Decepticon leads the flames of war raged across the land. To save the Earth, members of Autobot stand out to fight against to the Decepticon. This time, they have turned themselves into the Hong Kong tourbillon watch brand – Memorigin tourbillons again. Since the last collaboration with Hasbro in 2014, Memorigin and Hasbro have worked closely with each other, creating a new series of limited edition Transformers 5 Tourbillon watches this year. The design of this brand new tourbillon series is based on the fifth movie of the Transformers film series, “Transformers: The Last Knight”. Designers and craftsmen have put much effort and time into the whole production to present the world’s second Transformers Series tourbillon.

Taking the heroic character – Optimus Prime as the theme of the watch, total number of 288 pieces of limited edition tourbillon watch is launched. The sapphire crystals index on the dial and the navy blue alligator strap are projected on the watch to match with the theme colour of Optimus Prime, drawing the attention from the fans.

The appreance of Optimus Prime carved by experienced craftsmen on the dial exhibits an energetic, fearless leader. The tourbillon watch comes in 43mm wide classic type of stainless steel case.

To add the features on the design and function, Memorigin specially add some unique elements into the watches, such as day / night indicator at the 3 o’clock position and power reserve indicator at the 9 o’clock position.

The whole movement is power-up with power reserve of 80 hours which is upgraded comparing to last edition. It also features a flying tourbillon at the 6 o’clock position that oscillates at 28,800 times per hour, ensuring precision. The watch comprises 193 pieces of subassembly module and 27 jewels, and is equipped with a twin mainspring barrel.
