Created in collaboration with Hasbro for Transformers: The Last Knight, the Transformers 5 Series – Optimus Prime Tourbillon brings one of the most iconic Autobots into the world of high-end mechanical watchmaking.
The dial is centered around a sculpted Optimus Prime embossment, rendered in a silver-toned openworked layout that captures the character’s commanding presence. Around the dial, nine sapphires serve as hour markers, adding a vibrant blue contrast that mirrors Optimus Prime’s signature color palette. Blue pomme-style luminous dauphine hands and a matching blue alligator strap complete the heroic, instantly recognizable look.
At 3 o’clock, the day/night indicator adds functional depth, while the power reserve indicator at 9 o’clock balances the composition. The flying tourbillon at 6 o’clock rotates once every 60 seconds, creating constant motion that echoes the mechanical energy and cinematic power of the Transformers universe.
Inside, the manually wound movement features twin mainspring barrels, operates at 28,800 vibrations per hour, and delivers an 80-hour power reserve.
