Returns & Refund Policy

We want customers to feel confident when purchasing a timepiece from Tourbillon Timepieces.

Because watches are high-value products, we ask customers to handle any watch they intend to return carefully and to retain all original packaging, accessories, documentation, protective materials, and supplied items.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers in Norway, the European Union, and other jurisdictions where mandatory consumer legislation provides a statutory right of withdrawal may have the right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within the legally applicable withdrawal period.

For Norwegian consumers, the standard statutory withdrawal period is generally 14 days from the date the customer receives the goods, subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by applicable law.

Use of the form is not mandatory where applicable law permits the customer to notify us of withdrawal in another clear manner.

To exercise a right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us within the applicable withdrawal period.

Customers Outside Norway and the EU/EEA

For customers outside jurisdictions providing mandatory withdrawal rights, return rights may depend on local consumer legislation and the circumstances of the purchase.

Please contact us before returning any product.

Nothing in this policy removes rights that a customer has under mandatory local consumer law.

Condition of Returned Watches

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, customers are entitled to inspect the watch to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

However, the customer may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection.

Examples that may result in a reduction in refundable value include:

• Scratches or other signs of wear
• Marks on the case, clasp, bracelet, strap, or buckle
• Wear to leather or textile straps
• Sizing or alteration of a bracelet
• Damage to packaging
• Missing accessories, documentation, warranty materials, boxes, tools, tags, or other supplied items
• Unnecessary removal of protective films, seals, labels, or packaging
• Damage resulting from use or improper handling

Removing packaging or protective materials does not automatically eliminate a statutory right of withdrawal where such a right applies. However, unnecessary handling that reduces the value of the product may affect the amount refunded where permitted by law.

Return Authorization

Please contact us before returning a watch.

Do not send a watch to a manufacturer, distributor, fulfillment partner, or any other address unless we have specifically instructed you to do so.

We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Because some watches are fulfilled directly by manufacturers or authorized partners, the appropriate return location may differ from the original shipping location.

Return Shipping

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning a product when exercising a right of withdrawal.

High-value watches should be returned using an appropriately insured and traceable shipping service.

The customer is responsible for the returned item until it has been received by the designated return location, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

We strongly recommend retaining the shipping receipt and tracking information.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will process the refund in accordance with applicable law and this policy.

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Where permitted by law, any reduction in the value of the returned product caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary may be deducted from the refund.

Taxes, Duties and Refunds

For customers in Norway, Norwegian VAT included in the purchase price forms part of the amount eligible for refund where the underlying purchase is refunded.

For customers outside Norway, import VAT, customs duties, customs clearance fees, brokerage charges, or other amounts paid directly by the customer to customs authorities, shipping carriers, brokers, or other third parties are not payments made to Tourbillon Timepieces and cannot normally be refunded by Tourbillon Timepieces.

Customers may need to apply directly to the relevant customs authority or other party for repayment of such charges where local law allows this.

Where taxes or duties have been collected directly by Tourbillon Timepieces at checkout, any refund of those amounts will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the return.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a watch that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs or video where relevant
• Photographs of the packaging if transportation damage is suspected

Do not arrange a repair or return the watch to another party before contacting us unless necessary to prevent further damage.

Statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods are separate from the right of withdrawal and are not limited by this policy.

Warranty Claims

Manufacturer warranty claims are handled separately from ordinary returns and withdrawal requests.

The applicable warranty depends on the watch and manufacturer.

Please contact us if you believe your watch requires warranty service, and we will assist you with the appropriate procedure.

Personalized or Custom-Made Products

Products that have been genuinely personalized, specially manufactured, engraved, or materially customized according to the customer's specifications may be excluded from a statutory right of withdrawal where applicable law permits such an exclusion.

A product is not automatically considered personalized or custom-made merely because it was specially sourced or ordered from a manufacturer for the customer.

Sale and Discounted Products

Sale or discounted products are not automatically excluded from statutory consumer rights.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, it also applies to discounted products unless a lawful exception applies.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a watch for another model, please contact us.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and will normally be handled as a return and a new order unless otherwise agreed.
