The Power Wing Tourbillon is a remarkable fusion of traditional Chinese artistry and fine mechanical watchmaking. Created in collaboration with renowned Hong Kong actor and artist Ray Lui, the watch transforms one of his most celebrated rooster paintings into an extraordinary wearable work of art.
Inspired by the rich tradition of Chinese painting, where symbolism, color, and storytelling come together, the dial showcases Ray Lui’s vibrant “Power Wing” artwork on a lustrous mother-of-pearl canvas. The natural texture and iridescence of the material bring depth and movement to the composition, allowing the rooster’s dynamic form and expressive brushwork to come alive from every angle.
Crafted in 18K white gold and adorned with 179 brilliant white diamonds totaling approximately 10.77 carats, the case frames the artwork with exceptional brilliance and luxury. Blue luminous dauphine hands add a contemporary contrast while maintaining focus on the artistic centerpiece of the watch.
At 6 o’clock, the flying tourbillon introduces a captivating mechanical dimension. Rotating once every 60 seconds, it creates a constant sense of movement beneath the artwork while demonstrating the craftsmanship of the manually wound movement. Operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour and composed of 181 components, the movement delivers reliable performance with a 40-hour power reserve.
