Created to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Saint Seiya, the Saint Seiya Series – Sagittarius Memorigin Version transforms one of anime’s most iconic Zodiac symbols into a bold mechanical timepiece.
Developed through a collaboration between Memorigin, Art Vantage, and Bandai Namco Asia, this edition showcases the legendary Sagittarius armour in a richly sculpted dial composition. The golden Sagittarius embossment dominates the openworked display, while celestial and palace-inspired decorative details reinforce the watch’s mythological atmosphere. Rubies and sapphires are set into the dial as hour markers, bringing colour, contrast, and a subtle reference to the Zodiac universe of Saint Seiya.
At 9 o’clock, Athena’s scepter appears within the power reserve indicator, symbolising the strength she bestows upon the Saints. At 3 o’clock, the day/night indicator carries the Sagittarius name together with a celestial motif, further deepening the storytelling on the dial. The flying tourbillon at 6 o’clock introduces constant motion and technical theatre, while the manually wound movement beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour and delivers an impressive 80-hour power reserve.
This Memorigin Version pairs the sculpted dial with a black stainless steel case, blued steel hands, and a noble blue alligator strap. Limited to 100 pieces worldwide, it is a collector’s watch that combines Japanese pop culture, Greek mythology, and fine mechanical craftsmanship in a striking, modern form.
