The Fullness Tourbillon is a celebration of artistic creativity, traditional Chinese culture, and exceptional watchmaking. Created in collaboration with renowned Hong Kong actor and artist Ray Lui, this remarkable timepiece transforms one of his most admired rooster paintings into a sophisticated work of wearable art.
Inspired by the long-standing relationship between Chinese painting and poetry, the dial brings Ray Lui’s expressive artistic style into a new dimension. His colorful rooster artwork is meticulously recreated on a mother-of-pearl dial, where the natural iridescence of the material enhances the depth, movement, and vibrancy of the composition. The result is a captivating display that preserves the spirit of traditional Chinese art while embracing contemporary haute horology.
The luxurious 18K white gold case is surrounded by 159 carefully selected diamonds totaling approximately 7.86 carats. Chosen for their exceptional quality, brilliance, and clarity, the diamonds frame the artwork and draw attention to the intricate details of the dial. Rose gold-plated dauphine hands add warmth and contrast, while the flying tourbillon at 6 o’clock introduces a dynamic mechanical centerpiece.
Powering the watch is a manually wound flying tourbillon movement operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour and offering a 60-hour power reserve. The off-center tourbillon architecture enhances the artistic balance of the dial while showcasing the craftsmanship of the movement.
